Private sellers selling chips for money

This is the worst App ever!!! Ppl are buying and selling chips on paypal and via western union. For example for 100million chips the private sellers want 145$-165$. Its much cheaper then buying from the APP store, but what ppl dont understand its the ppl from the app that are selling those chips under the table and they are the only ones that constantly have chips. This app is a big time scam, for instant I see buyers and sellers in rooms transferring chips, the next minute the seller has again a billion of chips.....always the same players that win and that are selling to online poker addicts. I will be suing them, its a big time scam, pls beware!
