Worst customer service ever

On a number of occasions, in the midst of playing a tournament, my screen would freeze. I would have to exit the game to unfreeze the screen. My wager was lost. I reported this problem to customer support which made no effort to make my account whole. This problem recurred many times until all my points (over 1.25 million) had been erased. Still no assistance from customer support. I will now delete this app. Loved the game. Disgusted with being ignored and dismissed by customer support.
